Packages sync with servers

Installing package profiles is being very difficult, as it can take many hours to sync packages between the client and the server after the initial registration, but also when a repository profile is assigned as well.

The server currently does not provide a way of knowing if the client is ready to start receiving packages. This is showing up to be very time consuming and scaling is an issue.

Perhaps a script could help with this, showing if the client has finished the process.

Start by investigating how package profiles sync after client registration and repository-profile assignment, and whether the server exposes any readiness state. Done means a script can reliably show when the client has finished syncing and is ready to receive packages.
