Description
We have a list of unit tests that ensure basic functionality is tested, in order to have more test coverage, we should have a more robust test suite.

Start by reviewing the existing list of unit tests for the knative-* charms and the linked comment in pull request #19. Determine which functionality is only covered at a basic level and define the additional coverage required for each charm. Done means the agreed robust test suite is in place across all knative-* charms.
