Description

The Doc team needs the ability to remove a deprecated series from the series-selector widget while preserving its content online.

Notes:
- An archive section can be made available in the menu where old series can be stored.
- A deprecated series *should* have a watermark of sorts that would indicate it is no longer supported.
- It may be possible to include logic, via a combination of a new `archived` file and `documentation-builder`, that would avoid uselessly building archived/deprecated series during publication time.

Research direction

Start by tracing the series-selector widget and the publication flow in documentation-builder; the issue does not name specific files or tests. Compare the proposed archive section, deprecated watermark, and archived-file handling, then define which behavior is required before implementation can be considered done.
