### Why it needs to get done
As usually, files under Canonical organization need to have the [Canonical copyright statement](https://github.com/canonical/istio-operators/blob/e0d2c0261a3760366b87e7be27100393009967ac/charms/istio-pilot/actions.yaml#L1-L2) at the top.
### What needs to get done
Add a Canonical copyright statement at every code file in the repository
### When is the task considered done
All code files in the repository have copyright statement.
