Test DSS with new k8s snap

### Why it needs to get done

There is a new Kubernetes snap by canonical https://snapcraft.io/k8s we want to test if it works with DSS

### What needs to get done

1. Deploy k8s
2. Deploy DSS
3. Manually run integration tests

### When is the task considered done

1. DSS is tested with k8s snap
2. Workarounds (if needed) are documented
