CLI skill should potentially ignore passthrough commands

I took the skill for a spin on the [k8s-snap CLI](https://github.com/canonical/k8s-snap) with Sonnet 4.6.
There were to big surprises but the skill found a few notable improvements (full report attached).

A suggestion to your skill would be to potentially ignore pass-through commands. The skill currently flags our `k8s kubectl` command rightfully as being a noun and suggests to change that.

Start by reading the attached cli-review.md and the issue's k8s kubectl example. Then locate the skill's command-review entry point and how it identifies nouns; determine which passthrough commands should be ignored. Done means the skill no longer flags the intended passthrough case and its behavior is covered by the relevant validation.
