Description
We currently have both a `zizmor.yaml` workflow and a `zizmor` job in `ci.yaml`. We should only have one.

Compare the zizmor.yaml workflow with the zizmor job in ci.yaml, starting by reading both workflow definitions to see how each runs zizmor. Remove the duplicate so zizmor runs in only one place, then verify the remaining CI configuration is valid and the check still runs once.
