Description
I'm not sure if this is possible or not, but at the moment a dependabot notice looks like [this pathops one](https://github.com/canonical/operator/pull/2434), where you don't get nice release notes, and even worse, you get all the changes in the repo not just the pathops ones.
Hopefully, we could make it so that dependabot understands where to find the right bits.
Let's at least determine whether this is doable.
