Do a full evaluation of this repository to see if it can be open sourced.
The motivation for this is to make these utilities easier to use for others. Such as importing validators etc.
Key points to look at:
> 1. Is there a business reason to keep it internal? (e.g. "special sauce" concerns, external optics, etc.)
> 2. Does the repo have references to internal infrastructure or anything confidential?
> 3. Do we have things adequately locked down? i.e. would anyone outside of Canonical be able to access things they shouldn't? (e.g. kick of runs, SSH in and pull secrets)
> I know in ManSol we had some utilities that didn't need to be internal but we opted to keep internal because they were tools for working around issues, and the optics could have been negative in that case, so management insisted to keep them internal - as an example.
