Push hackathon issue analyzer metrics to grafana

The workflows are in decent shape. Add some tests, push the metrics...

Would be good to audit the results too based on the prompts.

Not going to be using the UI.

Start with the issue-analyzer-ryan tree and inspect the workflows mentioned in the issue. Identify the existing tests, metric output, and prompt-audit expectations before deciding where Grafana integration belongs. Done means the workflows have coverage, the analyzer metrics are pushed successfully, and the results are audited without adding a UI.
