doc: Wrong Information about the Controller model and missing model "openstack-machines"

Hi,

[In this part](https://canonical-openstack.readthedocs-hosted.com/en/latest/how-to/troubleshooting/inspecting-the-cluster/#controller-model) it is mentioned that the controller model contains the application deployments for the Canonical K8s (control role), MicroOVN (network role), MicroCeph (storage role) and OpenStack Hypervisor (compute role) components of Canonical OpenStack.

It is the "openstack-machines" model contains these apps.

The last sentence at that [part](https://canonical-openstack.readthedocs-hosted.com/en/latest/how-to/troubleshooting/inspecting-the-cluster/#openstack-hypervisor) should also be fixed.
