Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
With the upcoming release of `net10.0` and `C#14`, we could be able to implement overload for ++operator on any type.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The `++` operator on `NonNegativeinteger` should increment the value so that

```csharp
NonNegativeInteger value = 0;
value = value++;
Console.WriteLine(value) // <= value should be equal to 1
```

**Describe alternatives you've considered**

**Additional context**
