Description
We normalize [cancer hotspots](http://www.cancerhotspots.org/files/hotspots_v2.xls) variations in Variation Assessment. [These](https://gist.github.com/korikuzma/3b0ea09be62b6a868540f42fc41d3939) are the terms we're unable to normalize. #188 will help us normalize dups on the INDELs sheet.
