Description
We generate several artifacts in the [cancerDHC/ccdhmodel repository](https://github.com/cancerDHC/ccdhmodel). These should be tested to ensure that they are generated correctly (as in #36), any bugs discovered in them fixed (either here or in [LinkML](https://github.com/linkml/linkml/)), and any improvements needed by the nodes or other workstreams made. This issue covers those issues.
