Force Tracker users to prove they own a domain by providing DNS Record verification

Force users to add a new DNS TXT record with a unique host value and txt value to verify ownership of there domain.

How this would work 1) Generate values to create unique DNS token values for a domain. 2) Create a new DNS TXT record. 3) Add the generated values to your DNS TXT record. 4) Tracker then checks the DNS record for the values to verify ownership. 5) Once done the Tracker team adds the new domain to the allow list.
