Description
The [SAML V2.0 Metadata Extensions for Login and Discovery User Interface](http://docs.oasis-open.org/security/saml/Post2.0/sstc-saml-metadata-ui/v1.0/cs01/sstc-saml-metadata-ui-v1.0-cs01.pdf) provides a means for Service Providers (aka Relying Parties) to provide user interface content to an Identity Provider/Credential Service Provider. Available elements include:
* A display name
* A description
* A logo or other graphic
* A list of keywords
* A reference (URL) to additional information
* A reference (URL) to a privacy statement
Today, GCKey allows RPs to populate the display name, which then appears on the GCKey login page.
What other ways can we take advantage of this capability to provide a more seamless user experience? What other content would RPs like to imbed in the new Sign in Canada user interfaces? Where would you like to see that RP-specific content appear?

Research direction
Start by reading the linked SAML V2.0 Metadata Extensions for Login and Discovery User Interface specification and reviewing the existing GCKey display-name behavior described in the issue. Done would require an agreed set of RP-specific content, its placement in the Sign in Canada interfaces, and an implementation plan; no repository files or tests are named.
