Suggestions on improving the caMicroscope docs

for the Distro repository,
I will suggest that it should be included that the user install docker before building in the local machine,
It will be also interesting if the command line codes are but to install docker for both Mac and Windows users.

I had a difficult time when I tried to run with docker-compose -f caMicroscope.yml up on my Windows machine, so I decided to build with docker-compose -f caMicroscope.yml build before running docker-compose -f caMicroscope.ym and the installation was fine.
