Description
I am having trouble getting Excalibur to work.
I am using excalibur win v0.40.
I finally got it to load the pdf.
Attached is the pdf file is used.
https://www.mediafire.com/file/75kf0cdrx4hpb3m/Kirkpatrick_2019_ApJS_240_19.pdf/file
side note: When I click on autodect tables, it covers the whole page.

however I ran into this error.

I am new to python and I don't know if the error is in my environment variables or I should use a different program for Excalibur.
It is of the upmost importance that a solution to error can be fixed.
A functioning tool like this is very useful.
