Not extracting all table zones

I'm only getting 3 tables extracted out of the total 8 in this pdf:

I've selected all tables separately, but I'm only getting `Total Returned Ballots`, `Ballots Cast by Party`, and `Registration Statistics by Party`. I'm using the Lattice flavor and have tried the extraction a few times. It seems to be a pretty well-generated pdf, so just wondering if I'm doing something wrong because I'm not getting any errors running locally.

Download absentee.pdf and reproduce the report using the Lattice flavor, selecting each table zone separately. Compare the three extracted tables with the eight expected tables and inspect the extraction path to identify why the remaining zones are skipped; done means all eight selected tables are extracted or the limitation is clearly documented.
