Description
I am trying to pass a small table of one row.
Config:
`{'flavor': 'stream', 'table_areas': ['31,377,407,318'], 'edge_tol': 500, 'row_tol': 5}`
The error I am getting is
`{ValueError}min() arg is an empty sequence`
