Account for side next preference across all modes

A large amount of modes currently do not account for setting the next queue position to the side of the board, and will therefore draw their statistics on top of the next queue.

Start by locating the mode implementations that draw the next queue and their statistics, then trace how the side-of-board preference is read. Done means every affected mode places the next queue according to that preference without statistics being drawn on top of it.
