Description
Create a new scraper in the `scrapers` folder that gets info on cal poly college departments (e.g. Computer Science & Software Engineering Department). See the `Department` object in `models.py` to understand the schema. Review [`CollegeScraper`](./scrapers/college_scraper.py) as an example of a web scraper template.
