Nimbus Chat receiving Server Errors

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to [Nimbus Chat](https://nimbus.calpolycsai.com/)
2. Click on the question mark at the top of the screen
3. Click on "What is Professor Lupo's email?"
4. See error in console: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (INTERNAL SERVER ERROR)"

**Expected behavior**
Return the email of Professor Lupo

While this is one instance of the problem, I think this is a blanket issue across all queries.

Occurs on all platforms
