Description
### Current behaviour
The borderBottomWidth property on the Surface component is not positioning the border at the bottom of the surface on iOS devices. Instead, the border appears in the middle of the surface.
### Expected behaviour
The borderBottomWidth property should render a border with a width of 1dp at the bottom of the Surface component, just like it does on Android.
