Having issue in TextInput - mode={'outlined'} - multiline={true}.

I have checked many doc's for resolve this issue but can't find anything.
Here i have added the video how it works and image for what is should have to look like..

1. Video: Issue is value is at center instead top.
2. Image: The value should have on the top when it's not in focus.
