I want to be able to search for references on the web app so I can import them into my project

We could have a global references page to search through other projects' references, which are added to the global index in the database on push (need a background task system for this). It would also be nice if we could search other indexes, e.g., OpenAlex? Need some de-duping per DOI or similar.

This is the alternative way to do lit review versus the browser extension.
