I want it to be easy to edit my publication

Opening in github.dev and/or Codespaces would be a nice option to add to the publication info box. We should also use OIDC to deal with Calkit tokens rather than needing them in the secrets.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the publication info box and the current Calkit token configuration, then inspect how GitHub development environments and authentication are handled. Done means the requested editing entry points are available and token handling no longer depends on repository secrets.
