List relevant blog posts on specific topics

Community has written a lot of useful blog post which we list at https://cakebuild.net/community/resources/blogs. It would be helpful if we also would list relevant blog posts on the documentation site which it affects (e.g. a blog post about TeamCity integration could be listed on the documentation page for TeamCity integration).

To avoid duplication and maintenance we should define a metadata format for blog post which we parse in Wyam pipelines and later can add to different parts on the website (like we do with extensions)

Start with the existing community resources blog page at cakebuild.net/community/resources/blogs and inspect the Wyam pipelines that generate the documentation site. Determine how blog metadata can be defined and parsed, then verify that relevant posts appear on documentation pages such as TeamCity integration without unnecessary duplication or maintenance.
