"System.ArgumentNullException: Array cannot be null" at compiling build script

### What You Are Seeing?
I tried to migrate from Cake 0.30.0 to Cake 0.35.0 and fixed all changes in my cake files.
When i try to compile it now with Cake 0.35.0, i got always this error "System.ArgumentNullException: Array cannot be null."

No errors and successful execution.

So i tried this:
- open powershell command prompt
- used "Invoke-WebRequest https://cakebuild.net/download/bootstrapper/windows -OutFile build.ps1"
- write a cake file with little content:

Reproduce with the minimal BuildTest.cake and the reported _Build.ps1 PowerShell command, then trace the failure through Cake.Scripting.Roslyn.RoslynScriptSession, Cake.Core.Scripting.ScriptRunner, and Cake.Commands.BuildCommand. Done means the sample script compiles and executes successfully without the System.ArgumentNullException.
