Upgraded NGINX from 1.13.9-alpine to 1.17.5-alpine ended up failing

Hi Team,
i am currently deploying 2.3.18 version through docker and want to upgrade the nginx webserver from 1.13.9-alpine to 1.17.5-alpine. The build will run successfully and container will also run up with when after setup is done it gives me Internal Server Error 500
