Game freezing and crashing after running build command

Baritone version: One in Impact 4.7

## How to reproduce
running build command
I downloaded the schematic from here:

at first it said it couldn't execute, but then I realised I need obsidian in my hand, but after running the command again, my game freezes, and then crashes.

I heard that build is not supported at 1.13 and above, which is why I'm running 1.12.2

Any help would be appreciated!
