Baritone mining obsidian but buggy

Operating system: windows 10 1903
Java version: 8 update 211
Minecraft version: 1.12.2
Baritone version: 1.2.8 (from Impact 4.7)
Forge mods (if used): none

## Exception, error or logs
none if you need one i'll give one but for now nothing

## How to reproduce
When i try too mine obsidian with .b mine obsidian it sometime works and it mostly just dont work
what i will get when there's water it completely freaks out and stops mining also it sometimes doesn't detect the obsidian and even more stuff like that.

Note this is only in the overworld not in the end in the end it just works fine.
