Baritone not mining ice blocks

## Exception, error or logs
There are no logs, but there's a message saying that Baritone can't find block "minecraft:ice" when I'm standing next to a lot of ice

## How to reproduce
Go near ice
Type #mine ice
Baritone says I'm blind and that there's no ice

I have not used any OwO's or UwU's in this issue. (BUT I JUST DID AND U CAN'T BAN ME!!!)

No source files or tests are named. Start by reproducing the issue in Minecraft 1.12.2 with `#mine ice` near visible ice, then trace the block lookup used by that command. Done means Baritone recognizes nearby `minecraft:ice` blocks and can mine them.
