A chat control to mine/build stairs

## Settings
Direction(up/down), and axises,(4 axis+4 diagonal)
also hight, for mining, 3 or 4 depending if you want more headroom,6 if you plan to add stair blocks

## Context
To be able to build+mine stairs up/down, in 8 axises
useful for mining down to diamond level or just building stairs for lavacasting
