Autominer is mining blocks above the ores that i want

Im unsure if its an actual bug or a flaw in how you guys made it, Basically sometimes it just mines the block above it or doesnt look to the left to mine an ore thats literally right there
 for example in this image thes a gold ore literally directly 1 block to the left and it keeps trying to move forward
