Description

## Some information
Operating system: windows 11 pro
Java version: java 21.0.7
Minecraft version: 1.21.11
Baritone version: baritone-meteor-1.21.4
Other mods (if used): fabric-api-0.119.4+1.21.4
meteor-client-1.21.4-42
sodium-fabric-0.6.13+mc1.21.4

## How to reproduce
i have no clue as it happens randomly, it normally happens after a few minutes of farming, it could run for a whole hour with no issue or it could happen after a few minutes, sometimes it can run for a few hours too with no issues at all, its not consistent at all, but recently it started to say farming failed every few minutes, from 5 minutes to 20 mins range but again its not consistent at all.
i have been using baritone for the last 2 years, i used it with meteor and other clients, and without them, i have tried a lot of minecraft and baritone versions but i had always this issue since day one
the reason i'm reporting this now is because its driving me crazy, i just wanna leave my pc running 24/7 without worrying about the farming failed error
my farm is big, full of nether warts crops stacked to each other, the server have mods that auto replant for u without the need of seeds, so i wanna know why this bug is happening, the floor is flat and the crops grows almost instantly as soon as they are broken, everything is good for 24/7 afk farming but despite that i still get the error so i'm so confused.

i have also tried different crops like wheat and potatoes with similar setups and also had the same issue, so the issue is not related to the crop itself nor the type of ground (soul sand)

## Modified settings
just a quick note, i have tried to change a few settings trying to fix the issue but none helped at all, even with default settings and only MaxScanSize increased i would get the same issue, just saying incase ur wondering maybe if its one of the settings i modified that caused the issue, no its not the case here.
