This is kind of similar to #220, but is different in the sense that the API sends this information instead. It should just need a `Function` in `IBaritone` and for this value to be transferred to `CalculationContext` to then be used in `isPossiblyProtected`.
## Context
I'm running into an issue right now with Baritone not recognizing that it can't mine a block in a region. While #220 would be a solution, I know that I can't mine that block already, so there's no point in trying to break it once to find out.
