Add a Stop On Death command

## We need a "Stop on death" feature in baritone

When you #goto to a location and you are killed (in 2b2t for exemple), the bot will make you respawn and will still #goto to the same location by breaking all the blocks near you (your home).

This is dangerous cause it opens the location where you sleep and you can be aggro by mobs, your bed will break, and it's a restart in spawn...

Just a simple boolean command : #stopOnDeath true
