Baritone doesn't mine ice

## How to reproduce
Find ice, PreferSilkTouch set to true
Have a silk touch pickaxe in your hot bar
use #mine minecraft:ice and press enter
baritone try to mine underground for a while, even though there's a load ton of ice in front

## Modified settings
Use PreferSilkTouch true
