The ability to use baritone while riding a entity

I use horses on constantiam to travel, and would think it would be useful on highways.

If applicable, what settings/customizability should be offered to tweak the functionality of your suggestion.

## Context
I'm looking to find someway to make a module that passes objects on the highways like the module that uses elytra's, and would like this for horses, but can't have it due to baritone not being able to be used while riding a entity so this could work.
