Description

Hello there, I ran into issues with a project utilizing baritone and decided to do some testing on singleplayer, and asking on the discord for some guidance if it was a me issue. After finding no solution, I came to open a bug report (although this might be intended/ not implemented yet, in this case I'm sorry, this looked more like a bug to me as placing blocks overhead is pretty basic for non automated actions)

Baritone is unable to place blocks above its head. it will instead try to get on the side to place blocks at head level, wasting a considerable amount of time pathfinding to the sides, breaking extra blocks, bridging etc.

## Some information
Operating system: Windows 10
Java version: 8 381
Minecraft version: 1.20.1
Baritone version: Elytra Beta

## How to reproduce
Go to the nether, Y120, then
#sel pos1 ~ ~3 ~
#sel pos2 ~100 ~3 ~3
#sel r netherrack air

## Modified settings
None.

Thank you for your time!
