Baritone instantly paths to new custom goal if currently pathing

## Some information
Operating system: I use NixOS btw
Minecraft version: 1.12.2
Baritone version: elytra branch

## How to reproduce
```
#thisway 69
#path
#thisway -69
````
It will instantly start walking the opposite direction instead of waiting for `#path` to be ran again.
(@leijurv said this was a bug and then went nini so im making this on his behalf :3)
