pickup item on clear area command

It would be nice if there is an Option to pick up items that the bot mined with the .sel ca command.
.mine does that but .mine doesn't go down in layers. For example when you want to mine the end obsidian pillars the mine command isn't realy helpful since it will just mine the nearest blocks and go down the pillar while ignoring all the blocks left on that layer.
I hope it's somehow possible to add this to this awesome mod
