Human Readable Format in ETA Command

If you would be nice to see the ticks formatted into human readable format on a new line in the eta command.

## Context
It would be nice to have, as converting ticks to hours, minutes, seconds manually can be tedious

Start by locating the ETA command and reading how it currently displays ticks. Add a human-readable time line alongside the existing output, then run the command or its relevant tests to verify the displayed hours, minutes, and seconds.
