make more use of clutchs

make baritone be able to use powdered snow boats hay bales and twisting veins and other blocks like that to clutch and make it know if ur in the nether or overworld so it wont use a water bucket in the nether or things like that and I've seen that when it use water buckets to clutch it will not look down while falling and this reduces the chance for secuss I've done some testing and every time I let it do its thing it failed and every time I made it look at the ground it worked and make it also as soon as it needs to clutch an starts falling make it hold the bucket/ whatever other block in used and make it user potions to save your fall need be for example slow falling clutch or fireres clutch if u fall off of a block while riding in the nether
