Add a block list and an option for #preferSilkTouch to use a block list

I play on a vanilla server with friends, and we play games where we can 'win' suped up tools. I have a pickaxe that has efficiency 10.

When mining with Baritone, it always uses the 'quick' pickaxe to mine both blocks and ores, even when using preferSilkTouch = true, (even with both tools in my hot bar).

I'm wondering if a block list can be added to say when mining with preferSilkTouch on, always swap to the Silk Touch tool when mining specific blocks/ores.

That way Baritone can use the 'quick' pickaxe to mine the stone/blocks in between ores, and use the silk touch to mine the ores/blocks in the list.
