Baritone looses its water bucket

## Describe your suggestion
When using baritone in caves for mining, it uses the MLG water bucket technique quite often, but it sometimes doesn't pick up the water again, or it tries, but lag prevents it.

## Settings
A setting how often it should retry getting the water and in which intervals, something like that.

## Context
It could use the water bucket more often, I think that's a good thing, especially since baritone sometimes falls down from trees (but only when sprinting is disabled I think) and I don't want to loose health.
