LegitMineIncludeDiagonals need to be fixed

Operating system: Win 10
Java version: 8
Minecraft version: 1.16.4
Baritone version: 1.6.3 standalone
Other mods (if used): none

This feature has a problem on servers with anti-xray (fake ores). When this feature is on, baritone can't stop seeing fake ores on a pretty long distance, so this need to be fixed by decreasing radius of "seeing ores around other ores"
