Description
Currently when getting baritone to mine when it can instamine it is quite slow compared to if the player just holds down left clicks and swings. A way for baritone to see if it can instamine and modify it's behaviour it it can would be amazing.

- [x] I have not used any OwO's or UwU's in this issue.
