Inverted look for Perspective/Free Look

The default setting for Perspective is inverted (mouse up has player look down, and visa versa).

I would like to request the ability to toggle this setting on and off. The default would be "standard" (mouse up has player look up/visa versa), and then can be toggled to "inverted," should the player choose to do that.
